Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificates

Rental Package Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase merchandise. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates. Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable
Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Rent an ATV Off-Road Adventures. We reserve the right to refuse service or reverse any Gift Certificate purchase for any reason. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed by the recipient listed on the Gift Certificate with a valid state issued ID.
Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Gift Certificates sent by USPS mail service can take 5-10 business days to reach their destination.Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are lost or stolen during courier transit/delivery or during electronic email transmittal.

Redeeming Gift Certificates.

Gift certificates are only redeemable at Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate.
Gift Certificates expire 12-months after the original issue date, there are no exceptions. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures reserves the sole right, at its discretion, to convert package/service-based gift certificates, to their monetary value, equivalent to what was originally paid.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the Gift Certificate expires (12-months after issue date), whichever occurs first.
If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of purchase. Use and redemption of Gift Certificates are governed by the rental policies found on our website www.RENT-an-ATV.com and by the specific terms and conditions of our rental agreements. Gift Card Recipients must meet all rental eligibility requirements listed on our website to redeem a Gift Certificate for rental services. Gift Card recipients are required to sign a rental agreement, abide by all the terms and conditions of such agreement, provide proper identification, meet all age requirements and may need to leave a refundable damage deposit at the time of rental or purchase a damage waiver. By purchasing a Gift Certificate, you acknowledge that the recipient you are purchasing this Gift Certificate for, will meet all rental requirements, as specified on our website and is eligible to rent from Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures. DO NOT purchase a Gift Card from Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures if your recipient
will not meet the specific rental requirements listed on our website (www.RENT-an-ATV.com). All sales of Gift Certificates are final and there are absolutely no refunds.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Reasonable
and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption or at the  expiration date, the gift certificate will be identified as not valid for payment of any kind. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or isotherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser. Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after 12-months from the original issue date. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures will not honor a Gift Certificate, presented by a recipient, who does not meet the rental requirements listed on our website (www.RENT-an-ATV.com). Purchaser assumes full risk and liability for all Gift Card purchases and agrees to forfeit any monetary balance on the Gift Certificate, if the intended recipient is not eligible to rent from Rent an ATV Off-Road Adventures.
Bookings/Reservations may be rescheduled, if the renter contacts customer service at least 72-hours, PRIOR to their scheduled booking time. Re-bookings/Schedule changes WITHIN the 72-hour window ARE NOT PERMITTED (no exceptions). Due to tight, back-to-back scheduling, renters must arrive 45-minutes prior to the scheduled rental departure time for orientation, fitting and training. No-shows, or arriving late for a scheduled booking, will not be tolerated and is considered a voluntary cancellation. There are absolutely no refunds, compensation of any kind or re-bookings for voluntary cancellations.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion, without notice. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach
their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified. Rent a UTV Off-Road Adventures, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER OR BAR CODE
IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND Rent an ATV Off-Road Adventures SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE.
Gift certificates, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Texas,
without reference to its principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable. Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift certificate upon the electronic transmission of such gift certificate to the recipient or purchaser.
