UTV Rental El Paso Requirements
Get ready to drive. Review the rider requirements, included gear and arrival details before booking your Can-Am Maverick adventure.
Drivers & riders
- Drivers must be 18 or older.
- Bring a valid driver's license.
- The cardholder must be present with a matching credit or debit card.
- Every participant signs a liability waiver with Rent a UTV El Paso LLC; a parent or guardian signs for minors.
- Drivers may not switch during the ride.
- Riders must be in good health. Pregnant guests cannot participate.
Height minimums
- Driver: 60 inches
- Front passenger: 60 inches
- Rear passengers: 46 inches
These minimums help the included gear fit properly.
What to wear (recommended)
These are recommendations to keep you comfortable, not requirements.
- Long-sleeve shirt
- Jeans or durable long pants
- Over-the-ankle boots
- Bring gloves, sunblock and water
Helmets and goggles are included.
Arrival & conduct
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the ride.
- Bookings are prepaid; walk-ins are not accepted.
- Plan to be with us at least 1.5 hours total.
- The first 30 minutes cover instruction and training, followed by about one hour on the trail.
- Late arrival means the ride and payment are forfeited.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are final unless Booking Shield Coverage is purchased. With Booking Shield Coverage, you may reschedule or convert your booking to a gift card up to 1 hour before departure, or cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before departure.

Ready for the trail?
Plan on at least 1.5 hours: 30 minutes of instruction and training, then about one hour driving the 25-mile trail in one of our brand-new rental Can-Am Mavericks.
